Late September Lake Tour

This area has thousands of lakes, though many are less than knee-deep. I spent a couple hours touring three of them as the first run for the OM System OM-5 ii.

A lucky grab of the tiny flowers.

Catching the waves is tough. You have to listen for the right sound, press the shutter, and hope.

Some graffiti on one of the docks.

Forcing the perspective and playing with the three layers of the foreground, middle ground, and background.

The surveillance camera was pointed at the bait vending machine. The fish guts sign made me laugh.

A rock in the water with a small wave coursing around it.

Another moment of using the hope strategy to catch the wave coming in.

A red leaf under the water.

A mushroom hiding in the green.

A lone leaf on the pier. The colors haven’t started turning too much just yet.
